Guest guest
Hi everyone, I was doing my daily spending too much time on the computer again, and was looking up croscarmellose sodium(CS). I know that there have been a number of posts on this and wanted to add a bit of info to what was already mentioned. CS starts out as cellulose, but it is then soaked in sodium hydroxide, aka LYE, before moving on in it's other chemical changes. So just another reason to make sure it isn't in your product. Also, it is in products that are not labeled timed release as well. It is also used as a disintegrator for stuff. I was mistakenly ordering the Natural Factors C500mg, not the NF Extra C500mg(which are okay). When I realized that I was ordering the wrong thing, I looked at the ingreients and saw that CS was in the NF C500mg. I just finished my porduct review, I told them why I stopped using it. Anyway, just thought I would pass that on. Robin
