Hi Robin,

All new members posts are moderated so it sometimes takes a little time between

the time you write a post and the time it appears onto the list. I do know

though, that your posts did come onto the list because I specifically answered

the one about hard intestines. I'm pretty sure you also got an answer about

alternatives to eggs for breakfast.

I know you posted a few days ago so you might have to wade through quite a few

posts to find them. But I can assure you, they made it to the list.
