Guest guest Posted May 4, 2010 Report Share Posted May 4, 2010 Hi Bee and all I've been doing very well on the diet now for over three weeks but am having problems with water retention. I am taking all the supplements, rehydration drink (sea salt) and eating as closely to the plan in % as my maths will allow! I have been waking up in the mornings the last couple of days with water retention and dreadful headaches (dehydration) and wondered would it be die off or could it be related to my time of the month - I'm on day five after the start - it lasted just for three days and Zero pain btw (unbelievable to think most of my life I have been doubled over in pain!)
