Hello Bee and all,

I'm plugging along. Made it through the most horrific sinus/lung congestion

I've ever had, a 10 week healing crisis. Thanks for your help during that time.

It began in February and my sinuses are just now getting to the place where they

don't sound like a nasally cold. It is reassuring to look at this as a sign

that I am releasing toxins.

I still struggle with cheats at times, especially in social situations. Then I

also am challenged by being an emotional eater. Lately when I am under stress I

crave potato chips. So I can be doing so well and then I insert a bunch of lays

into my diet!

I remember on a consult you said that eating one french fry was worse than a

pack of cigarettes, and this has come back to me time and again when I am

tempted to steal a fry from someone else's plate. Do you have any info about

potato chips that would help me to let go of them entirely?
