Hello Bee

This is Marisa. I am doing really good . I just need to ask about apple cider

vinegar. I just bought some, and it seems like I can tolerate it. But it is

labeled as " filtered naturally " . Is this ok? (it is unpasteurized). If it is

ok, how much can I consume?

Thank you

Marisa

+++Hi Marisa,

The correc kind of apple cider vinegar is " unfiltered " - two brands that are

good are Eden's and Bragg's, as listed in my articles.

You can make salad dressing, mayonnaise, meat marinades or for soaking bones

before making bone broths, instead of lemon.

down on time I would like to get the Eden mustard that has organic whole mustard

seed, organic apple cider vinegar and sea salt as a condiment for my kids;

however I'm unsure as what to look for if kids aren't tolerating the acv.

+++Hi Colleen,

It is better to assume your kids do not tolerate ACV at this point in their

healing program since they have not been progressing like they should.

It's so easy to make mustard anyway since it contains only:

-dry ground mustard

-water

-lemon juice, freshly squeezed

-extra virgin olive oil

-ground stevia leaf, to taste

You can make a lot more by doubling or tripling this recipe:

It will keep in the refrigerator as long as mustard or ketchup does.

Cheers, Bee
