That coconut is basically the coconut meat crushed up, so it isn't coconut oil. It contains too much natural sugars and fibres which our bodies cannot digest properly. You should not have it, and instead get the right kind which doesn't have to be must be undeodorized, unbleached, non-hydrogenated and unrefined.
