Guest guest
I don't know what anyone else is gonna say, but I prefer my vitamins in liquid form, or in capsules that I can dump into my shake and liquefy. I've read a lot of stuff about tablets not dissolving, and going straight into the toilet... which is not where I want *my* money going! ; ) " Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming 'Wow - what a Ride!' " ~~ Sage (entrepreneur and speaker) Vitamin B Complex Thanks for the advice, my mother said the same thing. She also told me to take a lit iron. Sometimes my iron is a little low. Where is the best place to get these vitamins, they always have an astounding amounts of vitamins at walgreens. What is the best brand. I don't like wasting my money on stuff that doesn't work like it is suppose to. Is there a brand out there that I can trust to work. Besides a lot of my energy is thrown out, by the time I leave my job. I work at a local hospital and it can have its days where it wipes me out physically and mentally. Guest guest
I agree w/ Lydia, I take liquid vitamins as they absorb in about 15 minutes. Pill form just doesn't absorb and most of it is waste. I take mine daily at 3pm because it boosts my energy for my evening workouts. I take Biometics, which is rather expensive but with my fatigue I need something good that I KNOW will provide the nutrition I need. I'm the kind of person that is tired alot and could sleep 12 hours a day! If you are interested in Biometics, email me at nancinelson@... and I can tell you more. OR perhaps ask a pharmacist where you can get liquid vitamins.
Guest guest
Bee, if I eat a lot of meats through out the day do I really need to take a vitamin B complex supplement? Thanks.

Yes, it is very important to take it. Many people who have tried to leave out a supplement found they progressed like they should once they took all of the supplements. There are only 6 supplements my friend and they are all important. While many nutritionist and alternative health practitioners will try to have you take tons more.
