Guest guest
Bee When I do a warm water enema 1once per week, I get a total and complete flush - I mean 2-3 bowel movements within 1 hour, cant believe it. Cramps are harsh and leaves the colon kind of soar for 1-2 days. SO QUESTION: after this complete flushing, should I still do a coffee enema? Because I do have lymphatic and bile duct pluggage Thanks

Also do everything I recommend for improving your digestion at the same time. The high " good fats " will cleanse and decongest your lymphatic system too, but of course all of the nutrients in the diet and supplements work together. Cheers, Bee
