Waking up with symptoms

I remember reading that you say we heal more during our sleep. Is this because

our heart rate is lowered and we are in a state of rest?

I ask because historically, I wake up with red eyes, puffy eye lids, mucus

around my lips, the need to sneeze, watery eyes, etc.

These aren't exactly the symptoms I always have but some of them are there.

Is this because I am detoxifying much when I am sleeping? Or is it another

reason?

Thank you!

+++Hi - we don't necessarily heal more during sleep, but our bodies do

detoxify more. It isn't because your heart rate is lower either. It is because

your body is fasting and utilizing all of the nutrients consume during the day

and processing them.

+++Yes, that's the reason.

All the best, Bee

Hey there... was just wondering how long you've had your pillows...might try

investing in new ones, or better yet, investing in pillow protectors.

Good luck,

Heidi
