Hi ,

From message #71493 Bee answers:

felt good after using them and faked looking healthier than I really was. Do you

consider the moderate use of them dangerous?

+++Hi kelly. Some tanning beds are okay, while others aren't. I'm not familiar

with them, so maybe look them up on the internet.

Hi . Apparently, according to Dr. Merola, there are some tanning beds that

are safe while others aren't. But then again, he is selling the " safe " ones. He

writes that tanning beds that are run using magnetic ballasts(have a loud

buzzing sound when running) aren't safe due to the radiation that they emit. The

ones that he recommends use electronic ballasts(no buzzing sound). Zack, a

group moderator and an electrical engineer, explained to us that  we are

constantly bombarded by radiation. Since we are following Bee's diet and taking

niacin, which releases radiation, I wouldn't worry too much about it.,but it is

up to you.

About the tanning creams. I don't know why I tanned so well using them after

really reading what's in them. The main ingredient in the one that I used was

sunflower oil. They must add some type of self tanner or something. Bee

recommends coconut oil for tanning.  The trick is to expose your skin

gradually, so that you avoid burning.

Hope this helps a bit
