Guest guest
Hello , I changed absolutely nothing in the way that I was eating. I could eat a horse when my weight persistently stayed in the mid 120s, and now I am actually eating less, but generally not dropping weight. The number of calories we are consuming is not relevant to weight gain - see the book Good Calories, Bad Calories for a fascinating exploration of these issues and proof that most of what we've been told about weight and diet is wrong. Your body is doing what it needs to do to get healthy - just hang in there. Maybe don't wear revealing clothes if you're feeling too " skinny. " Good fats will help cleanse you and therefore you may lose weight. Eating fat does not make us fat. But it will make us all gorgeous in the end Hope that helps, andra > > Hi andra, that is interesting. I wonder how your weight went back up to the 140's? Did you change your diet? > > It's possible that when I am able to consume the high end of my fats ratio, that my weight will improve. It will be interesting to see what happens. > > > Sincerely, >
