+++Hi Carla. Welcome to our group. It is much more important that you read

articles on my website - use the search in the upper right-hand corner:

had no idea what to make of my symptoms and kept on saying that it was all in my

head. (But of course! Say I with a heavy dose of sarcasm).

protein. Anyway, to make a long story short, I changed my eating habits and

adopted Bee's way of eating for the last couple of weeks. A few days ago I "

cheated " and had a cappucino.

+++Hopefully you are following Curing Candida, How to Get Started, so you

changed over slowly enough:

have gas, bloated (I actually have a protruded belly, something I NEVER have) my

rings wont fit and I am VERY tired. I do not even have the energy to exercise

which is also not something I can identify with.

+++All of your symptoms are caused by healing and detoxifying reactions,

including fatigue, so it is not related to having cappucino a few days ago.

+++While your body is healing and detoxifying it isn't a good idea to do

anything but very mild exercises like I recommend, since your body needs all of

its energy and resources in order to heal itself.

All the best, Bee
