Fights with boyfriends will sure take it out of you. Been there, done that.

Try to use the anger to your advantage. I know when I broke up with my

boyfriend, I had some of my best workouts ever. I ran so hard on that

treadmill! I visualized how hot I was going to look, and he wouldn't get to

enjoy it.

MJB -- You said it's " like there is no point " ...I guess if I felt that way,

I would take a look at why I'm doing BFL.

**If the point of doing BFL was to impress the BF, and now that relationship

is not " right " , then maybe there *isn't* a point to the workouts. (hang with

me, folks, I do have a point!)

**If, on the other hand, your doing BFL is for YOU, for the good it will do

for YOU, for the difference it will make in your life, physical and

otherwise, then there certainly IS a point to continuing. I like how others

have talked about using that negative energy and directing it to help you up

the intensity of your workouts. It can be fuel for your fire!

MAKE there be a " point " to your working out. MAKE it matter, MAKE it count!

No one can do this but YOU!

I agree that it can be fuel for the fire. I also am having a rough week but

what is amazing is that I have a tendancy to have an I'll show you attitude.

Which works for me because I push myself to achieve my dreams often just to

prove a point. I know I know not always a healthy attitude but heck it

works. Today I hit my 10's because I am so mad at my husband I just pictured

my beautiful sculpted body and put everything I had into my workout. Use

that negative energy to create inspiration and achievement for your self.

It's in there you just have to reach for it. What ever the mind can believe

you will achieve!!!

Marissa,

I cant thank you enough - in a time when no one in my understands, and I KNOW I

am overreacting and feeling intense about everything, this is so soothing to

have someone listen! Going over the supps, I guess Im not that far off - I just

bought more B today - been out for a while. I have been taking C. I have been

taking Yes oils (just 2 a day) and Krill oil (since I'm allergic to cod and

halibut) and I will buy calcium and mag soon. I guess I just haven't done the E,

A or D (thought that was in the krill)

Thank you for the reassurance that I am going down the right path (not down the

wrong path of empty pockets!)

I appreciate the help and great suggestions! I can use all I can get right now.

Hi :

>

>I KNOW I am overreacting and feeling intense about everything

***I don't think you are over reacting... I think this is how adrenal fatigue

feels. And you can get better, you just need to get your supps in line and

stick to the diet. I swear, I became a new woman once I started healing. My

life didn't change, I had the same husband, job, housework and friends... but

man did everything suddenly become manageable and even pleasant and calm!!!

It's the adrenals!!! When they aren't fed, they make you feel crazy. It's

emotional and physical!!! So(And of course the root cause is the Candida.)

**** As you can read in that link to Bee's article, adrenal fatigue is

especially a " good fats " deficiency. So please make sure you get all your fats

in. If anything, err on the side of eating too much fat. Two egg drinks a day

not only takes the stress out of making so many meals, it also helps you make

sure you eat enough fat. Do your ratios if you haven't done them to see just

how much fat Bee is talking about.

I just bought more B today - been out for a while.

*** Yes, don't skip this. Sooo important for your adrenal repair. I found

nutritional yeast flakes a cheaper way to go because my coop carries it in bulk.

I have been taking C.

**** Also super important for adrenals. 4,000 mg a day.

> I have been taking Yes oils (just 2 a day) and Krill oil (since I'm allergic

to cod and halibut)

*** I don't know what Yes oil is. Bee does not recommend krill oil. It's

levels of nutrients are very skewed. What makes you think you are allergic to

cod liver and halibut liver oil?

>and I will buy calcium and mag soon.

*** Don't wait. The minerals in cal mag as well as the sea salt are super

important for your adrenals to repair.

> I guess I just haven't done the E, A or D (thought that was in the krill)

*** You will want to get this all figured out as the A and D (and E) are all

oils that you need to repair your adrenals.

****Niacin???

*** Are you taking 6 T of coconut oil everyday?

***You can stop buying all probiotics, that should help with the other supps.

*** And the coffee enemas (plus epsom salt baths and dry skin brushing) should

be part of your repertoire too. LOL!

***Let's make sure you get your supps in line, it really will make a difference.

Hi ,

You wouldn't be allergic to cod liver oil or halibut liver oil, but you can get

healing reactions to them, which are not allergic reactions!

All healing foods, herbs, spices and supplements will cause healing reactions.

What reactions are you getting to cod and halibut?

Marissa,

Two egg drinks a day -- great idea!

*** I don't know what Yes oil is. (Yes oils are organic EFAs recommended by

GAPS diet)

***What makes you think you are allergic to cod liver and halibut liver oil?

When a lot of my problems started I saw an allergist - who did a blood test -

said I had 7 allergies - the highest soy, then wheat, corn, peanut, cod, halibut

and salmon. I noticed when I did accidentally eat one of these fishes - I would

feel horrible the next day, tired, weak, very dizzy - just SICK. I avoid them at

all costs now. Thus, am afraid to start cod liver oil. :/

*** Are you taking 6 T of coconut oil everyday? YES! Thats one thing that is

easy and I love.

The epsom salt baths and dry skin brushing I do almost every night... just

havent had the courage yet for the enemas (plus I live with two ppl - not much

privacy)

ALSO - from stopping the probiotics with the FOS my thrush has improved

DRASTICALLY!! I mean - it has only been TWO DAYS!!! Could that be just from that

tiny bit of sugar from the FOS from the probiotic???? They really should label

that better!

Thanks so much!!

Hi :

> Two egg drinks a day -- great idea!

*** I really found it simplified my life and made sure I got my fats in. I did

it for over a year.

>

> *** I don't know what Yes oil is. (Yes oils are organic EFAs recommended by

*** You would do better to stick with the oil recommendations for Bee's diet and

not try to mix and match stuff from different diets. Many people come to Bee's

site from trying the GAPS diet because they weren't getting the results they

need.

****It sounds like you are not really clear on how much Omega 3, Vitamin D and

Vitamin A you are taking in. Bee has very specific guidelines that you want to

meet. Plus, adrenal issues are caused, in part, by a fat deficiency, so you

really want to get this part of your supplementation specific. Garden of Life

Cod liver oil is really good and the cheapest good source we know of. You would

take one tsp daily along with a Halibut liver oil that contains 10,000 Vit A and

400 D... so I think you take one or two daily in addition to 1 tsp of cod liver

oil. (I do it a little differently so I don't know the exact number of Halibut

liver oils to take.... it's in her Cod liver oil guide.)

***You aren't allergic to cod liver oil and halibut liver oil. Bee has info on

her site about the flaws in allergy testing. You wouldn't believe the list of

things I was supposedly " allergic " too that I have no problems with whatsoever

now. The testing is flawed, the theory behind it is flawed. And it's scared

you from getting proper supplementation into your diet.

> When a lot of my problems started I saw an allergist - who did a blood test -

***Bee explained in her email to you that any reactions you have to eating the

fish itself (which may not translate to taking the liver oil) stemmed from

having a healing reaction. These will lessen fairly quickly. It's just a

little bump to get over. But you need these oils.

> The epsom salt baths and dry skin brushing I do almost every night... just

havent had the courage yet for the enemas (plus I live with two ppl - not much

privacy)

*** I hear you, but it will help a lot. I need about half-an-hour undisturbed

in the bathroom. Maybe you can ask for that without telling them why.... or say

you're having a bath. Or pick a time that is easy for them to deal with. Play

some music, so you have sound privacy as well.

Hope you can get all this sorted out. Let us know if you have anymore questions

about getting your supps right.

Best!
