Guest guest
Hello Bee and everyone- I just found out I am pregnant again and I have a few questions. I did some searching and found some other posts indicating that there need to be no changes to the program if I am pregnant. I was wondering if I should take a probiotic, for the sake of the baby, since I am probably not healthy enough to be producing them on my own? Also, is it my imagination, or does pregnancy intensify candida? What state of health will my baby be born with if I am healing during the pregnancy? For example, with my last child, I never really had too many symptoms of candida while I was pregnant. Then at the end of the pregnancy I was given a few rounds of antibitotics, plus having the antibiotic drip during labor and delivery. My symptoms really began after pregnancy. Still, my daughter was born with digestive issues and a milk allergy. So do you think this baby will fare better since I am healing during the pregnancy or be worse off because I am starting out in poorer health? Finally, with my last pregnancy I had a positive test for Group B strep. I really do not understand too much about this other than knowing it is bacteria present. I have also read that once you have it once they will always give you the antibiotics during labor. Is this truly neccessary? Thanks,
