Guest guest
Dear Bee Can you please tell me how long do candida die-off symptoms may last. I know they vary greatly, but i would really love to know what to expect, as it is pretty brutal. Thank you Meda

I know they vary greatly, but i would really love to know what to expect, as it is pretty brutal. +++Hi Meda. Welcome to our group. I'm getting away from calling those symptoms " die-off " because you can't actually kill off candida. Candida is only cured by building up the immune system, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements), 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer), 3) Eliminating damaging foods, and 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When the immune system is strong enough it will automatically " make " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) change back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. What you are experiencing is healing/detoxifying symptoms, which will take 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy. For most people today that is since before they were born when they acquired such a poor nutritional status from their parents. As you progress on my program your symptoms will come and go, and eventually you will have more good days than bad days. In fact the dis-ease processes are exactly the same as the healing processes, with the only difference being that you are now progressing towards health rather than becoming more and more unhealthy. Please ensure you read two important articles so you understand candida, and know what you need to do and why: 1) How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php 2) Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php The best in health, Bee

I'm on my 4th day of doxycycline, and I can't believe how much better my neck feels - I couldn't move my head from side to side without a lot of pain, it was really stiff - now it feels as though it has been 'freed' Not so many crawly sensations or bites ) My head though, feels like it's been hit with a sledgehammer! The tiredness is unbelievable, I just want to lie down all the time and shut my eyes - I know this is probably die - off and I have to go through it to get to the other side.
