Yes,an Epsom Salt bath can help you sleep, due to the relaxation of the muscles

induced by the bath.

When I was employed with a labor intensive & mentally demanding job, I found

Epsom Salt Baths in conjunction with a periodical Passion Flower / Chamomile tea

.... very relaxing.

Which allowed my sore muscles and my stressed mind to slip into blissful

slumber.

Give the baths a go and see how they work for you.
