Hey Bee,

Starting your protocol and wanted some clarifications :). Anyways I am taking 1

tsp of the Green pastures fermented cod liver oil. According to these websites …

http://www.drrons.com/fermented-blue-ice-cod-liver-oil.htm

http://www.greenpasture.org/retail/?t=products & a=test-data

1tsp(5ml)= 11,250 thru

17,500 IU Vit A

3,000

thru 3,315 IU Vit. D

So, do I need to take 10,000 IU or 20,000 IU of fish liver oil?

Also, do I need to take the natural factors halibut liver oil or the NOW foods

shark liver oil? The reason I am asking is because you explained on your

website that most Candida people have trouble converting Retinyl Palmitate

to retinol, and the NOW brand has Retinol Palmitate. So, would it be better for

me to take the natural factors halibut liver oil, even though it has 400 IU of

vitamin D which I am already getting enough in the 1 tsp of fermented CLO?

Since I know you have read a lot about nutrition I want to

ask you what is the right ratio for Vit. A to Vit. D? For example if am going

thru an Ulcerative Colitis flare up and want to increase my vitamin A intake

(more

than 30,000 IU) with supplements how much vitamin D3 do I also need to

supplement with?

Also, I live in Florida so what I have read on your website

is that I really don’t need to drop my Fermented CLO dosage during the summer

months because there is no way I would be able to get enough from the sun,

right? Thanks

+++Hi . Since it is low in vitamin A, take 10,000 IU extra from a fish

" liver " oil like shark, halibut, cod, that does not contain any vitamin D.

+++NOW foods is okay, since the vitamin A is mostly from shark liver oil or they

couldn't label it that way.

+++The right ratios are what I recommend, and it is right since people are

getting healthy on it.

For example if am going thru an Ulcerative Colitis flare up and want to

increase my vitamin A intake (more than 30,000 IU) with supplements how much

vitamin D3 do I also need to supplement with?

+++You don't want to change any supplements you take, since your body is smart

enough to balance out all of its nutrients levels by just getting the basic

supplements plus diet.

+++What helps your intestines most is the combination of fats, including butter,

coconut oil, etc. and vitamin A, D & E, in combination with all of the other

nutrients and supplements, and increasing HCl. All nutrients work together.

+++Yes that is correct, but read the list of requirements to decide for

yourself. When I was a child we could get enough vitamin C from the sun because

we had a bath once a week, so there was enough time for natural fats to build up

on the skin, and we didn't wash the skin every day, except for washing our

hands, and Mother washed our face with a washcloth or her spit. lol!

All the best, Bee
