As I'm still struggling at times to get my fat intake up, I've mixed myself up a cup of butter/CO and was eating on it last night. D'OH! , looking FWD to 'sweet dreams'! Guest guest
, Taking my supplements too late in the day will keep me from a good night's sleep too. We're remodeling our bathroom in the next couple weeks just so we can take a good soak in Epsom Salts! I cannot wait! Ed, you and really do a lot for our group. Thanks so much. I always am learning or laughing with the two of you. Zoiks! Guest guest
Hi , I just have a question about how much fat you eat each day. I noticed you've been on Bee's program since last June and that's also when I started. I have been up to 6 tbsp of CO/day for at least 6 months now. Since you're only at 4 tbsp CO do you meet your daily fat requirements with other fats? Butter, fat from meats, etc? Or are you still not up to your minimum daily fat intake? I know we're all different but just wondering. Thanks and welcome as a moderator! Butting in here..., I really like how you signed your post! Giving the amount of time you've been on Bee's plan gives those are reading it an idea of where you probably are in your healing journey. Same goes for the amount of fats you're consuming. Knowing that up front eliminates the need to ask more questions. Good thinking! , Group Moderator Began 06/09 Four TBS CO
