But when I see that Bee and moderators are so supportive it means so much to me! It brings some relief in my life with all these negative thoughts I have. So thank you Bee and moderators for your helpful replies! Bee, as much as I would like to understand that acne will become better, for now I just wished my body would have chosen all the possible detoxing reactions and not this one... I was asking about liver, if it is safe to eat everyday, cause of vit A toxicity. I'm thinking I could eat liver instead of taking extra vit A supplements. Can I make 48 oz of electrolyte drink in the morning so I can sip throughout the day, maybe with more water and less lemon? (I don't use sea salt in the drink). If I don't keep it refrigerated, will it become moldy? (this question is also for garlic and clove tea). How about meat storage? I am currently using plastic wraps to keep it in the freezer, a big no-no, I know, but what can I use instead? @ Jackie: Yes, you had warned me But I don't eat garlic because I want to speed up healing/detoxing, it's because I like eating it with meat. No, it wouldn't get moldy, at least for 2 weeks or more and the same is true for clove tea. Garlic tea will keep for 2-3 days. > > How about meat storage? I think all of us who are suffering now are wishing for any other healing manifestation but the one we have! Although I don't have acne, my hands and arms are severely broken out, red, itchy, and amazingly uncomfortable. Sometimes I even have to lather them up in CO and bandage them up to my elbows at night to sleep. I've only been on the diet 2-1/2 weeks so I am praying the symptoms will subside soon. At least with the suggestions on how to help with die-off that I've read on Bee's site seem to affect my skin in a positive way (like the extra Vit C and Epsom salt baths--delightful) I am encouraged to stick with it. I have no other recourse. Been to see every kind of doctor and nutritionist with no results. Summer is coming and I am hoping my skin clears enough to wear short sleeves...without scaring the public! I had some major acne issues that got worse when I first started an anti candida diet. Now I'm starting Bee's program adding more fat and it's causing some breakouts again. Just go slow at it. I've also found a product called Cell food oxygen skin gel. http://www.luminahealth.com/products/oxygengel.htm this is natural except for a little preservative but I avoid chemicals in everything else so I make an exception for this. And it says it's sourced from berry ash, so that might be better. it helps speed up the healing of blemishes. and I also use a little thing called OxyLift, which also helps speed up the healing of the blemish. It doesn't thin the skin like exfoliating does. http://www.oxyliftcanada.com/ and just try to remember that it's only temporary and eventually you will have beautiful skin! I also use tamanu oil to help with scarring. and try not to give in to the negative feelings, change your thoughts right away if you can. You can get the same results with your skin by using 3% hydrogen peroxide (H202) mixed 50/50 with non-chlorinated water, and it is cheaper. If you wish you can buy Food Grade 35% H202 at the health store, and dilute it in distilled water to 3% to use instead. You can wash your skin with it, or spray it on. Cause if my body will be constantly detoxing, this means I will constantly get these reactions. But the reason I get acne is because my liver doesn't detoxify properly? I had my appendix removed, and I've read on your website that this is not good for the immune system. Like most people, I've read the vitamin A articles about toxicity. I wasn't planning on eating only liver for vit A, but in addition to cod liver oil, instead of taking extra supplements. My meat storage question may have sounded a bit silly, but after many years of vegetarianism, all things related to meat seem new to me. All my life I have seen it wraped in plastic at my family & friends, they are not at least concerned of the health issues that this group is well aware of... I wanted to ask you about the egg drink, I hadn't introduced it yet in the diet. With the same ingredients and amounts (except water) can I make scrambled eggs instead or that would no be such a healthy alternative? For acne you recommended the hydrogen peroxide solution, but what exactly is it used for? For speading up healing, reducing scarring? @Lynn & Thank you for your support! As long as I will have acne on my face, my depression won't vanish... , I have not heard of tamanu oil before, but I've heard of Rose Hip Oil ( Mosqueta) for scarring. Didn't try it though. That's UP to your body isn't it? Most people who have had acne don't have it the entire time anyway. +++No, it isn't because your liver doesn't detoxify properly, nor is it caused by not having an appendix. It is because that is the way your body has decided it needs to detoxify. +++My body was different, since I detoxified mostly through my stomach, my mouth and my vagina. But it won't necessarily speed up healing since most healing comes from within with mainly " proper nutrients. " I can't say it reduces scarring.
