Hello Bee,

When i take my first large dose of Vit C of 4000mg is alright to be taken with

the first round of supps with breakfast. Will it throw off other supps.

Is there a maximum for Vit C per day or can one continue to take 1000mg until

bowel tolerance, cause today i have taken maybe 10000mg with still no BM, just

some gas and bloated stomach.

I still have three hours to go before bed. Also is there a cut off time to take

Vit C before i hit bed or can i take it just before hitting the pillow.

Oh, i assume its alright to take on an empty stomach, or at least with water.

Thanks again... Caine....

+++Hi Caine. You only take one dose of 4,000 mg once, when you first start the

treatment. After that you take 1,000 every hour you are awake, and every day

thereafter. For example:

Day 1: take 4,000 mg vitamin C and 1,000 mg every hour

Day 2 and every day thereafter: take only 1,000 mg every hour

+++If you do not reach bowel tolerance with 1,000 mg every hour or so, increase

it to 2,000 mg every hour.

+++Yes it is okay to take it with water on an empty stomach if your stomach is

okay.
