+++What kind of fat production are you referring to? All of the information

about fats in that article are about dietary fats that are needed for health.

gallbladder?

+++If you don't have a gallbladder, bile will be let down directly from the

liver. The liver makes bile, which is needed for digestion, mainly of fats,

from cholesterol (the fats listed in the article).

> 3) Is eating at regularly set meal times the ONLY way to assist your body in

the digestion/fat building process when you don't have a gallbladder?

+++Eating regularly gets the liver " used to " letting down bile at the right

time, otherwise it may let down bile when it isn't needed. Bile is not needed

for digestion of unrefined coconut oil, and most of the other kinds of fats I

recommend. However, all fats are a mixture of different kinds.

It isn't related to a " fat building process " since all fats are processed in the

body along 2 pathways, which are the omega 3 and omega 6 pathways.

All the best, Bee
