Guest guest Posted April 9, 2010 Report Share Posted April 9, 2010 I have been on the diet for almost three months now...while I can see good things happening-my skin looks better than it has in years and I'm not sweating constantly anymore-I feel as though I am starving. I am trying to eat as much protein as possible to keep from feeling hungry but I have gone from 108 lbs to around 100 lbs. Any advice on how to keep from feeling as though I'm starving and to put some of the weight back on?? It has me a little concerned..
