Guest guest
Hi , I don't know for certain, but I would think that as the body is less stressed from toxic elements, it would function better. Also many of us with candida have adrenal gland issues. As the body heals itself and the adrenal glands settle down (ie. - they stop running on the sympathetic 'fight or flight' hormones) we are better equipped to handle stress. Of course, when we learn to listen to our bodies and to know when and how to use our breath, it is also beneficial. Deep breathing definitely helps with this - but sometimes I feel like it's not enough. > > I'd like to know that as you get healthier, does being able to control your heart rate, running on the parasympathetic nervous system, etc, come easier? Is it something your body does more naturally as we become less 'stressed' Or is it more where controlling the breathing is a learned skill that you just get better at? > > Thanks, > >

Deep breathing helps, but like wrote, when your adrenals are normalized so they aren't overstressed, mainly by toxins, you shouldn't get that feeling like it's not enough after doing deep breathing. > > I'd like to know that as you get healthier, does being able to control your heart rate, running on the parasympathetic nervous system, etc, come easier? However other stresses will still cause it to happen. I have to do deep breathing to switch over when I'm stressed. Bee
