I started Bee's diet 2 months ago. I was a vegan for 10 years, but started

eating eggs and meat gradually about 7 months ago, though I was still consuming

lots of raw veggies. I had an itchy rash on my leg that would not go away.

After 3 weeks on the diet, I began having pain in my left arm at night that

would keep me awake. Also I itch all over my torso and arms besides the leg

rash. I am using coconut oil for this.

I was already consuming 1 T coconut oil per day before starting the diet. I

started out drinking one egg drink a day, then went to 2 egg drinks a day after

the 3rd week on the diet. I ate some ground flax seed when I had the worst

constipation of my life.

At night now my left hand swells and hurts. I put clove oil on the 2 hurting

knuckles and the pain subsides for a while. When I get up in the mornings, the

pain goes away, but my hand remains numb.

Since being on the diet I have gained 10 pounds. I felt like I was retaining

water, so I cut back on the salt in the electrolyte drink.

I am a school teacher and work long hours. I am so drained I don't feel like

cleaning house. Sometimes I just come home and go to bed. I am suffering from

sleep deprivation because of the itching and the pain in my arm. What should I

do for the pain? Thanks for your advice.

Jodie
