Guest guest Posted April 12, 2010 Report Share Posted April 12, 2010 Hi , When a person is dealing with a lot of healing/detox reactions that get produced when your doing this program, the last thing you want to do is add to the load. Weight training is going to make MORE toxins and add to your load. So, minimizing exertion allows your energy to be available to healing with less detox reactions. Of course you can't get away from those detox/healing reaction but you can minimize them.
