just a short history...i have always had a problem with yeast infections growing

up through the years. in the last 2months i have taken a course of cipro for uti

and was diagnosed with a yeast infection. i was prescribed a one time dose of

diflucan and used the vaginal cream. after week of vaginal cream still had

vaginal and rectal itching and multiple skin issues:rash and severe itching.

went back to get tested for yeast and was negative vaginally. was told to use a

and d ointment and if not relieved that i may need to be tested for lichen

planus. i gave the ointment a shot for 2 and a half weeks then ended up with

white vaginal discharge, went back to dr and was diagnosed with yeast infection.

i am at my wits end. why cant i get rid of this. i recently started a candida

cleanse and am on the vaginal cream tratment and three doses of diflucan. the

rectal itching is gone. i am initiating the diet . ijust want to know if there

are others out there who feel like they are losing their minds. i am to the

point i was started on anti anxiety and antdepression meds. thanks you. i am a

40 year old female.
