Yes, I'm taking the recommended 5.5 tbsp of Coconut oil and butter. That should

help right? Not sure where I'm going wrong. It's only 8 days since I started

the true low carb/high fat so it might be die off?

+++Hi Caroline,

You will still get low blood sugar until your body switches over to running on

fats rather than carbs/glucose, which takes about 4 months.

I'm just a noobie, but I want to verify that you are getting 5.5 Tbsp of CO,

not a combination of the two? And meeting your fat ratio?
