We cannot know how much coconut oil is absorbed through your skin, so don't include it when you calculate your ratios of protein to fat to carbs Since you are new please ensure you read two important articles so you understand candida, and know what you need to do and why: 1) How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php 2) Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Carmelinda, You posted 2 messages that are the same within hours of each other. All new members are moderated so it may take time for myself or one of the moderators to review pending messages and approve of them, so please have patience since this is a very busy group. Also, you should be cooking all of your vegetables until well done, and not just steaming them - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/veg2.php Cheers, Bee > > Hi Everyone, > I've just started the diet and am ramping up my coconut oil use. Guest guest
Hi Bee, Thanks for letting me know. I thought maybe I had done something wrong and that was why no one responded. I have been steaming them for 25-30 minutes so they are very well done. Is that considered well done? Thank you, Carmelinda On Tue, Apr 20, 2010 at 8:30 AM, Bee <beeisbuzzing2003@...> wrote: > > > Hi Carmelinda, > You posted 2 messages that are the same within hours of each other. Cooking most leafy greens, like spinach, swiss chard, kale, etc. take 40 minutes to cook properly. Read the article to understand better.
