+++Hi Carmelinda,

Welcome to our group. gave you information about soy, and also since

soybeans are a legume (vegetables from pods) they are not on this program.

We cannot know how much coconut oil is absorbed through your skin, so don't

include it when you calculate your ratios of protein to fat to carbs

Since you are new please ensure you read two important articles so you

understand candida, and know what you need to do and why:

Hi Carmelinda,

You posted 2 messages that are the same within hours of each other. All new

members are moderated so it may take time for myself or one of the moderators to

review pending messages and approve of them, so please have patience since this

is a very busy group.

Also, you should be cooking all of your vegetables until well done, and not just

steaming them - see this article:

Cheers, Bee

Hi Bee,

Thanks for letting me know. I thought maybe I had done something wrong and

that was why no one responded. I have been steaming them for 25-30 minutes

so they are very well done. Is that considered well done?

Thank you,

Carmelinda

+++Hi Carmelinda. Cooking most leafy greens, like spinach, swiss chard, kale,

etc. take 40 minutes to cook properly. Read the article to understand better.
