Bee, may I ask how?

I've been following your pgm for 3 wks and my eyes have really been dry (I'm

51 and have worn contacts since high school. Years ago, my doc told me I'd

have to stop wearing my contacts because of 'dry eyes' but I've noticed they

were better for the past 2 years. Now suffering from dry eyes...)

+++Hi . My eyes detoxified all kinds of gunk through them, which was

yellow and green mucus, that was so bad I couldn't open my eyes in the morning

without tearing my eye lashes. They would run and matter all day long, and they

burned and felt itchy. That's why I had to stop wearing contact lenses.

+++I think contact lenses harmed my eyes, so I would't recommend them to anyone.

Afterall they are an intrusion, and like a sliver or an organ transplant the

body will be trying to get rid of it someway.

When you are unhealthy your body will go into apathy and not be able to do much

about the intrusion. However, during natural healing all of that damage has to

be corrected. Dry eyes are a sign of toxins and damage and the tear ducts are

probably plugged up by toxins. Do these treatments to help:
