Hi

Before my coffee enemas, my face was extremely red with hundreds of litlle

pimples and it was hurting like hell. Like putting needles in my skin. And this

would get worse day by day.People would comment and stare etc etc etc. I was

really desperate. So I tried the first coffee enema. The amount of waste that

came out of me (sorry for beeing graphic here..) was huge....The feeling of that

moment was exactly this: Omg! what did I have in my intestines! Next day I woke

up and the pain in my face was gone and the pimples were less. My fiancee told

me that morning " wow , that sleep was very refreshing for you! your skin looks

much better " . hehehehehe he didn't know anything about the enema.

After 2 days my pimples were back again and the pain also. I had to wait 2 more

days for the next coffee enema, according to Bee's coffee enema's schedule.

My pimples would get worse again between enemas, and then better right after the

enemas. Now I am having an enema once a week, and my face though it is not

clear, is so much better that I just don't NEED a make up to go out. You can see

that there is something going on with my skin, but people stopped making

comments. it is like a small flare up. some days it is totally clear.

Also epsom salt baths were helpful. I sink my head in the water (nose is out!)

and let the salts go to my acne.

If you live in a place were you can go for swimming in the sea then do it. It is

also very helpful.
