Hi Bee & all,

I read the articles you recommended, as well as a ton of others from your site.

I finally got a chance yesterday to pick up most of the nutrients I needed but

still need to gather a few more. I couldn't find a decent cod liver oil

anywhere I went with what you recommended but I'm going to look at the website

for your recommended site you give to order from.

A question I'd like clarified. I see that you list stevia as a safe sweetener,

would xylitol fall in this category as well? Or is stevia the only safe one?

Is it better to wait for a while before starting cod liver packs? I've had

experience with them when I went to my naturopath and know how good they can be.

Would they increase the amount of toxins coming to the surface and cause it to

be too much?

I'm going to have to slide into this a little more slowly than I had planned

because I'm moving in 2 weeks and don't want to be laid out with withdrawal

symptoms where I can't get myself moved. But, I'm so glad to have found this

site and am sure that whatever I implement up to that time will still start the

process.
