site. I finally got a chance yesterday to pick up most of the nutrients I

needed but still need to gather a few more. I couldn't find a decent cod liver

oil anywhere I went with what you recommended but I'm going to look at the

website for your recommended site you give to order from.

sweetener, would xylitol fall in this category as well? Or is stevia the only

safe one?

+++Hi . That's good you are reading and learning. No, xylitol isn't good

to consume. Xylitol is manufactured by extracting xylan from birch wood or corn

cobs, and reacting it with water to produce xylose or " wood sugar. " Hydrogen

(H2) is then added to make 'Xylitol.'

+++Stevia is the only safe sweetener, since it is the ground up leaf from the

stevia plant. Do not buy any processed kind of stevia; only buy the green

ground up leaf.

experience with them when I went to my naturopath and know how good they can be.

Would they increase the amount of toxins coming to the surface and cause it to

be too much?

+++Do you mean castor oil packs? What do you want to treat with them?

because I'm moving in 2 weeks and don't want to be laid out with withdrawal

symptoms where I can't get myself moved. But, I'm so glad to have found this

site and am sure that whatever I implement up to that time will still start the

process.
