> 1.Does one slip up mean..... I have to start all the way over? There has been

two occasions where I've ate meat that had added sugar in it without me knowing

it. One was done on purpose by a family member who doesn't believe in this diet.

The other totally by accident.

+++Hi Ty. No, one slip doesn't mean you start over since all of the good

nutrients you are getting the rest of the time are still helping you.

>

> 2.When do you know when to eat fruit and grains even though minimal amounts?

+++After you are healthy you can have 2 servings of fruit per day along with

plenty of good fats to slow the release of sugars into your system. You can add

grains when you are healthy too, but no one should have the main grains

available, i.e. wheat, rye, barley because they are all genetically modified and

contain mycotoxins (fungal-type toxins) that damage everyone's health.

> 3. Nystatin pills vs powder? Big difference? I have the pills as of right now.

Should I switch?

+++I don't recommend taking any antifungals other than unrefined coconut oil.

That is because Candida cannot be cured by " killing it off. " It just doesn't

work that way. Candida is only cured by building up the immune system, which is

done by:

1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements),

2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and

cancer),

3) Eliminating damaging foods, and

4) Eliminating toxins in general.

> 4. I've tried about everything to relive my constipation. Nothing really seems

to work.

+++Have you tried taking vitamin C?

>

> 5. My mother recently has been going through Cancer treatment, and it's been

really hard on me, especially trying to deal with my own situation. I feel

myself leaving her alone, because I have trouble seeing her in that condition.

Any Ideas on how to cope?

+++My heart goes out to you my friend. That's very rough to deal with when you

aren't doing well yourself. Do things that help you relax and make you feel

better, i.e. Epsom salt baths, deep breathing exercises, seeing friends or

family who are uplifting, watching a good comedy, etc.

>

> 6. Since I am sensitive to Sulphur, should I still eat Onions, Garlic, Eggs,

but cut down the amount? I get extreme gas. Almost non-stop for about three

hours. Then after that I get really bad pains in my digestive track.

+++Yes you should still eat sulphur containing foods since sulphur is one of the

most important minerals you need. Yes, that is correct, start with small

amounts and gradually increase them so your healing/detoxifying reactions aren't

too severe to handle.

+++It is understandable you'll get a lot of gas - to help alleviate it drink

some raw ginger tea - the recipe is on my website.

>

> 7. Because I have seen improvements in the new supplements I've added

L-Glutamine, Molybdenum, Magnesium,ETC, should I continue with them? I was still

taking Vitamin C, and Calcium before.

+++You should stop taking the L-Glutamine and Molybdenum, but continue with

magnesium, calcium and vitamin C, but ensure you are taking the correct amounts

and using the correct kinds.

>

> 8.Psyllium Husk?

+++No. It is a fibre and all fibre is damaging to the human intestines - see

these articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu3_2.php

+++Here's why you don't want to take Psyllium:

>

> 9. Food. No option real good option to eat when I'm at work. Cold leftover

food or microwave for lunch? Or should I eat at all?

+++Yes, you need to eat. This has been discussed many times on this group so

please search our Messages for ideas. Do not microwave your foods or drinks!

You can take food in a thermos that keeps it hot, or see if your office allows

you to bring in a safe way to heat foods like a toaster oven.

>

> 10. On your site, you mention canned Tuna. Most believe canned foods should be

avoided. Can you elaborate on this?

+++They say that because of mercury, however fish also detoxify toxins like our

bodies do, so mercury wouldn't be in the meat and fats we consume.

>

> 11.Prebiotics vs Probiotics. I've been taking both.++

>

> 12. Inulin?

+++I do not recommend taking any kind of prebiotics or probiotics of any kind,

including inulin. One reason is that taking them by mouth couldn't possible

help the large intestines where it is claimed they are most needed. The only

way to get them in the large intestines is by enema. Besides that, your body is

smart enough to create any probiotics or prebiotics it requires, when, and if,

needed, just like it balances out all nutrients when it gets the basics (diet +

supplements).

>

> 13. Don't most spices contain mold?

+++Buy organic or certified organic spices instead, since most commercial spices

are irradiated and could contain molds.

> 14. I really need to get rid of this urinary issue. I have extreme sudden

urges to urinate. Seems to have a lot to do with my constipation issue.

Sometimes I can't control it, and a little bit leaks out. Doesn't seem to bother

me when I sleep. Usually in my awake hours, especially after I eat. When I bend

over to pick stuff up especially as well. What can i do?

+++Your bladder will strengthen as you continue on this program. Also ensure

you aren't consuming too much diuretic foods or drinks, which makes your body

lose water along with important minerals, like lots of tea, lots of green

vegetables, etc. Also people urinate more to get rid of toxins.

>

> 15. Is toothpaste alright if it has any BAD ingredients in it.

+++Most of them do have bad ingredients. You can make your own toothpaste or

buy a good one - there's recipes and a good toothsoap you can buy in this

article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/teeth1.php

>

> 16. Don't Onions have a high Sugar content?

+++They are still within the range of carbs/sugars.

>

> 17. Why should I believe your methods opposed to others who also believe

strongly in their own methods, and have stated they have personally conquered

Candida? I'm not pessimistic just curious.

+++Don't believe me. See these wonderful Success Stories by members of this

Hi Ty:

I know you are very new and may not have had a chance to read the start-up

articles Bee sent you, but it is really important that you do so for several

reasons:

--Your ability to take charge and change your health depends on your knowledge

and actions. Bee has put together a wonderful program that can change your

health around, but you must study it and understand for yourself why this

approach is designed the way it is.

--If you don't understand why you will be eating the way Bee suggests and why

you will have die-off and how to handle it, you will be very vulnerable to

worries and the opinions of others and false information. So it's very

important for you to read and absorb the information.

--Most of your questions are answered by the start-up information, so this is

why I think you have not had a chance to read it. Please read and then get back

to us with questions you may have. I'm sure you can appreciate that the

material is sent to you so you can begin to see how everything on the diet works

together---and you need to study a little bit, so we can start from an informed

place with you.

--Also this is a self-help group with a lot of support, so your ability to help

yourself and to be responsible for reading the material and doing your best to

understand Bee's research and program are really important. No one is expecting

you to understand everything or to not have a ton of questions after you read

the first two articles, but we do need you to grapple with the material in order

for us to have a good starting place for our future conversations. I hope you

understand.

With this in mind, I'm going to attempt some short answers to your questions,

because the full answers are in the material Bee sent you.

> 1.Does one slip up mean..... I have to start all the way over?

*** No, just get back on the diet.

>

> 2.When do you know when to eat fruit and grains even though minimal amounts?

***When you are healed and this is determined by Herring's Law of Cures

discussed in the material.

> 3. Nystatin pills vs powder? Big difference? I have the pills as of right now.

Should I switch?

***No, Nystatin is not needed or recommended.

>

> 4. I've tried about everything to relive my constipation. Nothing really seems

to work.

***Changing to this diet will eventually heal this.

>

> 5. My mother recently has been going through Cancer treatment, and it's been

really hard on me, especially trying to deal with my own situation. I feel

myself leaving her alone, because I have trouble seeing her in that condition.

Any Ideas on how to cope?

***This is a difficult process, and I'm sure many members on this forum will

share their experience with you.

>

> 6. Since I am sensitive to Sulphur, should I still eat Onions, Garlic, Eggs,

but cut down the amount? I get extreme gas. Almost non-stop for about three

hours. Then after that I get really bad pains in my digestive track.

*** They are all healing foods and you will need to introduce them slowly to

your diet.

>

> 7. Because I have seen improvements in the new supplements I've added

L-Glutamine, Molybdenum, Magnesium,ETC, should I continue with them?

> I was still taking Vitamin C, and Calcium before.

*** You will need to read about the supplements Bee suggests and take only them.

Most of your list is not needed.

>

> 8.Psyllium Husk?

***No. Fiber is not needed and is damaging. This diet will heal your

constipation. You may want to search Bee's website under " constipation " to read

more about how this diet addresses this aspect of your symptoms.

>

> 9. Food. No option real good option to eat when I'm at work. Cold leftover

food or microwave for lunch? Or should I eat at all?

*** You will need to pack a lunch that you make yourself. Wide mouth thermoses

are great for this.

>

> 10. On your site, you mention canned Tuna. Most believe canned foods should be

avoided. Can you elaborate on this?

***You will choose the best foods you can afford on this diet. There are

choices to be made. More about this in the articles and on Bee's site.

>

> 11.Prebiotics vs Probiotics. I've been taking both.

***You will not need either.

>

> 12. Inulin?

****No, it's a processed " sugar/carb " . Don't take it.

>

> 13. Don't most spices contain mold?

***Use organic, non-irradiated spices as discussed in the literature.

>

> 14. I really need to get rid of this urinary issue.

***Search Bee's site under " Urinary tract infection " for more specific details.

This diet will address this issue as well. If you read the start-up material

you will see that all your symptoms are Candida related and so will be addressed

by this diet.

>

> 15. Is toothpaste alright if it has any BAD ingredients in it.

***No, Bee recommends using baking soda, or baking soda and sea salt, or

brushing with hydrogen peroxide, or purchasing an approved tooth " soap " she has

listed on her website.

>

> 16. Don't Onions have a high Sugar content?

***Not especially and they are anti-fungal.

>

> 17. Why should I believe your methods opposed to others who also believe

strongly in their own methods, and have stated they have personally conquered

Candida? I'm not pessimistic just curious.

***You should read her material and research and see if it makes sense to you.

Also read the success stories. If you are confident with the approach of this

diet then you can confidently decide whether you want to try this approach. It

is your decision to make, so you should inform yourself. Also, the proof will

be in your own experience. Many of us have tried other approaches and diets and

still not healed, and that is why we came here.

>

> 18.Extremely dry skin on my head and my legs. Any oils? I used coconut oil for

awhile and it helped tremendously.

***Your skin will improve as you heal from the inside out. Unrefined,

unbleached coconut oil is great for your skin. The same kind you will put in

your mouth is the kind you can out on your skin.

>

> 19. Any good books?

*** Read Bee's site first. Then you can also read books that Bee recommends on

her site, she has Amazon links set up already.

>

> 20 I still crave sweets and whatever else I see.

*** You need to get firmly on the diet and get your fat levels up and your

cravings will go away. You will have to cook your own food.

Whew! My answers to your questions are not nearly as satisfying as reading

Bee's starter material... she really explains stuff. Here are the links again

so you have them.

Please ensure you read two important articles so you understand candida, and

know what you need to do and why:

How to Successfully Overcome Candida

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php

Curing Candida, How to Get Started

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php

For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members

The only way to cure candida:

Candida cannot be cured by " killing it off. " It just doesn't work that way.

Candida is only cured by building up the immune system, which is done by:

Consuming " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements),

Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and

cancer),

Eliminating damaging foods, and

Eliminating toxins in general.

When the immune system is strong enough it will automatically " make " candida (or

any bug, cancer, etc.) change back into the microbe it was before.

All the best,

Marissa (a group moderator)
