Hi Bee,

I am having a lot of trouble tolerating any dose higher than 500mg of vitamin c.

I have been on 500mg for just over a week and every time I try to increase it

(to 1000mg) I get stomach pain and loose stools. Even at 500mg it makes my

stools loose, but no pain. I'll take it in the morning and then a few hours

later I will have to go to the loo...

Also, my beef bones did not really get crumbly in the slow cooker for 12 hours.

Would you suggest longer? Or is this still ok?
