Guest guest Posted February 26, 2010 Report Share Posted February 26, 2010 Hi Bee, I am having a lot of trouble tolerating any dose higher than 500mg of vitamin c. I have been on 500mg for just over a week and every time I try to increase it (to 1000mg) I get stomach pain and loose stools. Even at 500mg it makes my stools loose, but no pain. I'll take it in the morning and then a few hours later I will have to go to the loo... Also, my beef bones did not really get crumbly in the slow cooker for 12 hours. Would you suggest longer?
