Yes...try some valerian root tea....I actually found valerian root

and kava kava tea that was great for relaxing. Sleep time made

it...or go to the health food store and ask them for it, it works

very well and is safe.

how are you doing we have not heard much from you lately. When you

feel better please post on your progress.

I had a good day today, almost fog free..this after all my bitching,

lets hope it all lasts. I have added some MSM to my supplements, so I

am hoping that will help with some of my aches. I am working out and

that helps with my depression.

Well thanks..and good luck Caren

Caren,

Have you decided on any herbs for yourself yet? What does Dr. Royal

recommend?

For me, I think the molybdenum has helped alot with the brain fog, as well

as the gingko biloba, siberian ginseng and milk thistle. I've been on these

for 4 weeks now.

I haven't tried the kava kava or valerian that suggested.

Anyone else?

By the way, about the herbs I am taking for my breasts.....I have noticed

that my breasts are tingling more, and seem just a little more fuller. Not

much, but enough to make me want to keep with the herbs for awhile longer!

I upped my dose of fenugreek to 3 three times a day, and I have used sweet

fennel essential oil on my breasts instead of rubbing the powder mixed with

lotion into them. So, the experiment continues.
