doing the whole program.

I eat red meat every day because poultry makes me feel really sick, eat lots of

ghee, tallow in soups, fresh herbs, canned sardines or tuna 3x wk, liver,

veggies, sea salt.

bright yellow urine, does this mean im not absorbing it?

+++The bright yellow urine is because of your body throwing off some of the B

vitamins, so that is normal and isn't because you aren't absorbing it. Even if

you don't get a niacin flush it is still helping you. Getting a flush involves

many factors, so some people do not get them for some time, and particularly if

they aren't on the whole program and are taking enough good fats.

> My stools were getting better until I started the mag/calc. They are not loose

like diarhea anymore but not well formed either, no leg/arm cramps since

starting the CLO which I guess could have something to do with calcium

absorbtion.

+++I wouldn't be able to advise you very well until you are completely on the

program.

> I have fructose malabsorbtion.. my stools look like they do when I was eating

lots of fruit when I didn't know i had fructmal (before diet). Maybe retracing

some sort of fructose/lactose intolerance episode..

+++Possibly it is retracing.

feelings are getting more and more short lived, which I hope is a sign of my

body getting stronger and being more able to detoxify.

> I've heard of the body detoxing in layers, my teeth are yellowish and I

believe I have quite thin bones, would re-building these bring on symptoms?

+++Rebuilding doesn't occur until you are completely on the program, but you

will be detoxifying.

> If I do not have candida, is it ok to have the other veggies (carrot, beet,

butternut squash) as long as I don't go over my carb limit?

+++When you are unhealthy, whether you have candida or not, you need to consume

only low carb/sugar foods. The reason this program works is because it IS

low-carb and high good fats. It isn't about the total number of carbs you

consume; instead each food must be low in carbs/sugars.

> Yesterday I had a big freak out about this diet and if it will even work for

me. I know someone with similar problems to mine who is healthy, happy and a

strong yoga teacher on a vegetarian raw food lifestyle and it just really

confuses me how. I'm not promoting this diet in any way, just thought I would

tell you why I'm freaking out! Why eating poultry makes me feel so sick is

beyond me, it happened after I went on a food chemical elimination diet heavy in

seed oil, white rice and potatoes.
