Guest guest
Hei all, my name is Tini and I am on the diet since October. The main reason to join was my neurodermitis, which got worse every year and the number of foods I couldnt eat anymore increased anually as well. As I was tested positively in a blood screening to have IgG´s against good stuff like eggs and garlic (and others), and as I read that a lot of " egg-allergics " can eat it again I just wanted to ask: are some of you IgG-positives? its just that a normal allergy (IgEs)you have the symptoms right away, but in our case its mean, and you have fun with eczema starting 1-2 days later for up to 2 weeks, so its hard to tell if I already can eat it or not, as I dont get a sudden reaction. what are your experiences? How long did you wait until starting eating egg or garlic again? I just had a nice 5 week healing reaction on the hands (which almost drove me back to cortison as I couldnt do anything really, and surely not without pain; I was planning to try it latest at eastern () but I would like to hear some experienced people before. thanks in advance!!
