Guest guest
Hi : ***Welcome!!! Glad you have had a chance to read more of Bee's material. It is so essential to our healing process that we become educated and take back responsibility for our health. We have given far too much power over to doctors and " experts " and we are sicker because of it. > Question 1: My 4 year old son had scary angry reactions the last time I started him on >supplements. I am very nervous to begin him on a long list of supplements again, and I >also was unable to isolate which supplement caused the rages... > Is there a gradual supplement introduction method which would be appropriate for a child? Amounts, how soon to increase, and in what order to add them one at a time. > ***There are some great Moms on this site who have had to deal with this issue, so I'm sure they will chime in with advice. However, one thing I would like to mention is that I think it is very helpful to adjust your perception about how giving him supplements is going to play out. Before giving him supps, if you can center yourself and drop into your heart-space and give yourself a positive intention like " I am at ease giving my child these supplements " , " I am able to give these to my child with an open heart " , " What would it be like if he liked taking his supplements? " etc.... that kind of thing: very open and without negative/dualistic language... you will help change your part of the reaction. It's very powerful if you can change the part of you that expects a problem to occur. ***But some of the moms have clever ways of hiding the supps in food that they can tell you about too. LOL!! > Question 2: I have also read on your website that probiotics are added at the end of the diet, when all candidia feeding food are out, and anti-fungals are at a therapeutic level. Does this include the rejuvilac, or can the rejuvilac be started right away? > **** Bee has modified her program and probiotics are no longer considered necessary... her research has shown that the body will make these itself when the immune system has healed sufficiently. The only thing that folks are still taking that also has probiotic qualities is the sauerkraut because this also addresses some digestion issues that some folks need to deal with as well. But rejuvelac is not necessary. > Question 3: My sons always seem hungry. Must I stick to 3 meals a day for them? Could I make them a Bee's Egg drink in between to keep their hunger down? I typically mush up an avocado or two between meals and we eat guacamole straight from the bowl. ***When the body is switching over to run on good fats instead of glucose, many people experience a lot of hunger issues. This will certainly change after the switch takes place, but for many folks it actually eases up before then... say after 2-3 weeks. Bee does not recommend snacking as a rule, but during the switch time, it may be necessary to be prepared and have some allowed snacks on hand to ease through this period. ***She also has some ideas on her site about how to deal with cravings. Search " cravings " on her site. ***Avocado is fine, but it also has good fats in it which can cause some people strong healing reactions, so it is suggested to eat them in moderation... meaning no more than 1/4-1/2 an avocado per person per day. Other snack ideas are meatballs, hard-boiled eggs, veggies sauteed in butter, small egg drinks, etc. Hope this helps!
