Need to gain weight...

I've just started the diet and getting on the required supp's. In coming off

refined carbs, I am dwindling down to 100 lbs (and I am 5'9 " ). I have gluten,

soy, dairy (wasn't eating it anymore anyways) allergies, and very close on the

egg allergy...

Suggestions to maintain my weight? I am going thru 6 tbsp/day of coconut oil

already, and some EVOO too, just taking this stuff by the tablespoonful. NO

nuts/seeds and those were my main caloric intake.

Also, if my sodium tested too high on hair analysis (sodium/potassium very high,

was told I needed kidney flush at the time), is it ok for me to take the Sea

Salt daily?
