Starting soon - few more questions

Ok well now that the holidays are done and I can concentrate more on me I am

going to get the remainer of the things I need and start the diet next week. A

few things have popped up in my head and hoping someone can answer the questions

I have! First it'll sound silly but I wanted to know if there is any wrong way

to take coconut oil? Do people take it melted and straight as it is or can you

just melt it and add it to your food? Second I did buy the sea salt needed - and

I understand that regular store bought stuff is processed but how can you tell

which ones are actually processed? I did get mine from the healthfood store but

geez you pay ALOT for a small amount. I see they have regular sea salt in the

store and some say " Mediteranian " etc. so just not sure what the difference is &

how to tell. Third like most Candida sufferers I have food allergies and I know

alot of it is due to the Candida as the foods I'm allergic to periodically

change.

I'm wondering if I can start eating those foods after a couple months being on

the diet? Also not sure how I'm going to re-heat my foods for lunch when I'm at

work everyday...this will be a hard transition in itself to change over, and

eating cold meat and cold cooked veggies just doesn't sound appealing - any

suggestions? Thanks for reading!
