Guest guest Posted January 4, 2010 Report Share Posted January 4, 2010 Hi Bee I've been taking 100 mg 2x/day of niacin and I'm not having flushes anymore. Does that mean I should increase it? I read that if you take 400 mg you need to increase your supplements - all of them or just your Bs? I've noticed a significant decrease in joint pain since taking it and I'm getting feeling in my fingers again.
