> ---- First, i have pills for cal, mag, and i read previous post that powder is

better absorbed. With my VitC after taking other supps i just put cal, mag,Vitc

in mouth and chew thouroughly, would that help absorb them as good as powder, if

not i will buy powder.

+++Hi Caine. Chewing them helps, or put them in a plastic bag and crush them up

first. My calcium is a tablet, so that's what I do. I scoop up the crushed

pieces with a dessert spoon, add a little water (it dissolves in warm water so

well), and down it, chased by swallows of water.

> ---- Second, i was detoxing again all day through my eyes, face and skin. In

respect to skin it was so hurting on my hands, arms i just coated them with CO

oil, as i do often with most of my body. My Q is will that in any way clog up my

pores and prevent my detox through my skin to be less effective or maybe take

more time, opposed to if i never put on the CO.

+++No, it won't clog up pores since your skin naturally produces oils on it.
