Guest guest
Hi there, Welcome to Bee's group! Can you give us a name so we know who we are talking to? I hate to be the one to tell you, but you will need to eat meat in order to heal the candida problem. I know this because I tried to heal my candida while being a vegetarian and it did not work. There are a few of us on Bee's program who were vegetarians/vegans. The thing is, our bodies need to eat meat in order to be healthy and stay healthy. I was a vegetarian for 16 years and thought I was doing everything right with regards to food, but I just kept getting worse and worse until I couldn't ignore it any longer. I knew I had to do something and that is when I found Bee's fantastic program. It wasn't easy for me because I had such a strong aversion to meat. I didn't think I could go back to eating meat, but I eventually did and I feel so much better for it. I now realize how much damage I did eating such a high carb diet. All soy products are very damaging, so they are not included on Bee's program. See this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/mn29.php ...and also this one: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal13.php I don't know if you've read the introductory articles yet, but they are important for you to read so that you understand candida and what you need to do to heal it: 1. How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php 2. Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php I hope you stick around. It's important that you get healthy. All the best, (a group moderator) > > I've been struggling with candida overgrowth for a few years because of being on birth control and need a diet to help rid myself of yeast. I'm also a vegetarian. I still eat eggs and dairy, but eat no meat or fish. If I can't eat tofu, I'm not sure I could continue with this diet. Is tofu allowed? What about soymilk? >
