Guest guest
>Hi, I read something from Weston Price about toxic metals. It states coffee, and some other foods like chocolate, and soy are high in copper, and are very damaging. Read the part " copper problems " . That article also has a really good explanation about healing crisis/die-offs. It could be why caffeine contributes to migraines. This diet, and what we avoid can detox us from heavy metals. We want to avoid them if at all possible. It also explains why vegetarians have such a problem eating meat at first. Copper is the problem. http://www.westonaprice.org/Metals-and-the-Mind.html C. > guys, > > i just read bee's articles included in " caffeine is not good for your health " , and i do fully understand that caffeine is NOT included in her diet. > > but i didn't see anything that indicates that caffeine FEEDS candida. > > is this because caffeine creates the conditions within the body that are favorable for candida growth...? > OR > are there other reasons that caffeine must be AVOIDED as part of her diet...?
