I have been on the complete program including supplements for over 15 months. I have never had dental problems - no cavities, etc. I have had fluoride treatments as a child (which I hated), braces, and sealants on the back molars. My gums have been receded for a while and seem to still be receding further. I've also been noticing appreciable tartar buildup since going on the program - occasionally it has also broken off in a large piece, as & others have described. Thanks so much!
