Guest guest
Hi Grainne, If I recall correctly, you've been on Bee's diet a relatively short amount of time. You need to be patient with it. Natural healing is an up and down process and some symptoms may get worse before getting better. And, they may seem like they've gone away and then another bout of them will come back. Retracing doesn't always happen in chronological order. Coconut Oil has strong anti-fungal properties. The addition of that extra tablespoon you started taking could have been enough to increase your vaginal thrush symptoms. If you read Bee's personal story (I think it's in there), she states that she had vaginal yeast problems for a very long time and it was the last thing to heal for her. The vaginal thrush treatments suggested on her website will help ease the symptoms but it's the diet + supplements, building up your immune system, that is ultimatley doing the work. Jackie (group moderator) > > Grainne again. Do some aspects of retracing take longer than others? I had weak and sore legs that seem to have improved and also sluggish bowels improving.Doing the diet properly and taking correct supplements. Took five tablespoons coconut oil for first time today and have worked up to that. It is just that the vaginal thrush is still as bad as ever maybe worse.Tried douching but just wondering is it the last thing to settle down. >
