Hi Amy,

I doubt that could be true. If it were, everyone on this board would be

complaining of sleeplessness. On the contrary, many people find that they are

sleeping better than ever and feeling more rested.

I think if you are not sleeping, it is likely that you are either retracing or

body is resetting it's internal clock.

Your sleep will eventually improve like many of the other members of this board.

All the best,

is overtaxed and waking me?

+++Hi Amy. I agree with . Liver health is very dependent upon consuming

the correct combination of good fats, and the high fats help the liver cleanse

itself too, just like they do the rest of the body.

+++If anything is causing your liver to work overtime, it is toxins, since the

liver processes all toxins and eliminates them though many avenue, including the

kidneys, lungs, bowels, etc.

+++Do you have pain in your liver? If you don't, then it isn't a liver problem.

If you do have pain, then you need to do coffee enemas to help the liver dump

its toxins.

All the best, Bee
