Guest guest Posted January 31, 2010 Report Share Posted January 31, 2010 At the beginning of the diet, I, like you, was hungry constantly. I thought something was wrong with me. So I decided to eat a little more protien than was allowed on the program, and that helped me to solidly get on the diet within the allowances. Everytime I got hungry, I just popped a little protien in my mouth. Now, I eat 3 meals a day, and never have to snack. I also, keep a large bowl of roasted veggies in my fridge at all times. When I'm running short on time, which is always, I have my lunch or dinner prepared ahead of time, and all I have to do is prepare some meat, or fried eggs to go with the veggies.
