One doesn't say it is without soy, however vitamin C wouldn't contain any soy since it is not an amino acid nor is it an oil soluble nutrient (which are 2 reasons soy is used), so soy wouldn't be involved in making it. The other one is Natural Factors Vitamin C Extra, which is what I take,, and it contains no soy. See vitamin C on this page: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php No, do not use rosehips since they contain too much natural sugars. I am allergic to soy. As Bee wrote, there is no need for Vitamin C to contain soy, however there is a form of vitamins called " time-release " ... these products use soy to do the time-release. You don't want to get any vitamins that say " time-release " on the label. Best, Marissa (a group moderator)
Guest guest
Thank you Bee, I looked up your vitamin and (online anyway) has rosehips. It seems like all Vit C has rosehips in it? " Natural Factors C Extra contain 500 mg of Vitamin C in a blend of Citrus Bioflavonoids, Rutin Rosehips and Hesperidin to optimize the body's use of vitamin C. Bioflavonoids enhance the absorption of Vitamin C and act in synergy with Vitamin C to provide antioxidant protection, keep collagen healthy and help increase capillary strength. Guest guest
Hi , That's the right one. The description of the correct Vit. C to take on this page of Bee's site should clarify it for you: http://healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp1.php#ad Jackie (group moderator) > > Thank you Bee, > > I looked up your vitamin and (online anyway) has rosehips. The amount of rosehips in the vitamin C tablet is very small in comparison to taking a supplement that is only rosehips - pick your battles my friend!
