Guest guest
One more question.. I even made my own toothpaste using your recipe. Why do you include salt in the recipe? > > Dear Bee, > > So far I've successfully completed one month of being on your program. I'm not even tempted to cheat.. Any abnormalities of the tongue are caused by toxins coming out. Toxins during digestion mostly go through the liver, and then they could come out through the tongue or any other area. > > Also I ordered the stevia that you recommended from the mountain herb site. I'm having a hard time dissolving it in a cup of tea. Any recommendations? +++Mix the stevia with a little cool water first to see if that helps. > > Also, I'm going back to work in 5 weeks. Have you ever heard of Heart Math? +++You shouldn't push yourself to get up to 6 tbsp CO, but it is possible you can do it in 5 weeks. +++No, I don't know what Heart Math is. +++I suggest you plan ahead so you know what foods you can take to work and how you will heat them. Plan to cook on weekends, and ensure you get enough sleep when you are working. Whenever you get stressed do deep breathing exercises. If you seem to go downhill go on an all liquid and pureed foods diet for a few days. > All the best, Bee

Salt is a bit abrasive so it gets plaque (mucus on the teeth) off more easily. However, you can use only baking soda if you wish, since it dissolves plaque. Guest guest
Do you have any recommendations for good food to bring for work? I was thinking beef cabbage casserole would be good. Also, I was thinking I could stir fry some veggies (zucchini, peppers, and onions) along with some meat. I was thinking about bringing a thermos so I could keep it warm. I guess I would make a lot of it over the weekend, heat it up on the stove in the morning and then transfer it to the thermos? Hopefully by then my digestion will improve and I can bring salads! Those would be easy!! Another coconut question... Currently I take coconut oil with my breakfast and lunch. As I increase I may want to take some with dinner too. However, I'm worried it will effect my sleep. Can I take coconut oil by itself in the afternoon? Thank you for your advice. I suggest you read up about Heart Math. It's really interesting: http://www.heartmath.org/research/science-of-the-heart.html http://www.heartmath.org/templates/ihm/e-newsletter/2009/Winter-2009/online/what\ -people-are-saying-free-newsletter.php Thanks, > > > > Dear Bee, > > > > So far I've successfully completed one month of being on your program. Guest guest
Hi Will, You can do a search on my website for anything like that. The search is in the upper right-hand corner - search for TEETH and you'll get the article on How to Care for Your Teeth and Gums, which has toothpaste recipes in it. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/index.php Bee > > Hi... where can I find the toothpaste recipe?! >

Guest guest
Hi Will: > > Hi... where can I find the toothpaste recipe?! *** Bee's website, which is separate from this forum, has tons of info. In fact, many questions have been answered in detail on her site. If you go to her site and search a few keywords about your subject, you will find articles and research that Bee has done. For example, I went to her site and typed the word " toothpaste " into the search box. Here is the link I found: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/teeth1.php All the best, Marissa (a group moderator)

You might be thinking of Bee's instructions to take vitamins (which are not whole foods) with food. But coconut oil is food. You can eat it right out of the jar.
